Retired - Cake delivered not as ordered

My order no.******** was for a Pineapple cake with **th B'Day written on top for Jaipur.
The delivered cake was plain Vanilla and nothing written on top.
I may be intimated why was the changes made without my permission. I want to be compensated and get a feed back.
