I HAD ORDERED A CAKE FROM FERNS AND PETALS. WHEN I RECEIVED MY ORDER, THE
CAKE WAS FULLY DESTROYED. I WANT A FULL REFUND. THIS IS SERIOUSLY NOT DONE.
I HAD TO GIFT IT TO SOMEONE AND I HAD TO GO TO THE PARTY WITHOUT A CAKE. IT
WAS A SMALL CHILD'S BIRTHDAY PARTY AND SHE HAD NO CAKE TO CUT. WHEN I
RECEIVED THE CAKE IT WAS IN A VERY BAD CONDITION. I AM ATTACHING SOME
PHOTOS AND I WANT FULL REFUND FOR IT. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY
TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM FNP. IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I HAD TO THROW
AWAY THE CAKE BECAUSE IT WAS UNEDIBLE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU. I
COULD HAVE ORDERED IT FROM ANY OTHER BRAND, BUT I CHOSE FNP. SINCE SOMEBODY
SUGGESTED ME TO BUY FROM FNP, SO I DID SO. BUT NEVER IN FUTURE AGAIN. I
WANT FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY order no************
