Cakesportal com - CAKE DELIVERED AFTER B DAY AND GIFT NOT DELIVERED YET

I placed a cake+pillow b'day order for my wife on behalf of my **-year old daughter, on the **th Dec, in the wee hours around *.**am. Order # *****

I paid extra amount to deliver in the morning time, however, cake was delivered later in the night, around *pm.

There was no B'day msg. on it. It was a plain cake. My daughter was disappointed.

It was just a bread cake and it was shedding.

Combo gift (heart shaped pillow) not yet delivered. It was supposed to have been delivered along with the cake. It's been over * weeks now.

No response from the customer service team.

I gave my phone no. multiple times asking someone to call me, no response.
