Dairy milk silk - Cadbury Dairymilk Found Fungus all over the chocolate

I gave a dairy milk chocolate to my brother . He opened it and just about to eat, mom fortunately found fungus all over the chocolate and saved her kid from hospitalized. Just imagine what if he has eaten that and hospitalized. They will trust me and I must take complete responsibility for that. manufacturing date is just couple of months before and there are almost * months to expiry date. I never expected such a bad product from a good company like Cadbury. I'm expecting a good compensation amount for creating inconvenience with them and mental trauma caused to us.
