I already paid my money but since ** days no network or cable channel connection is available on my TV, i had contact my cable operator, named Brahmashankr, contact ********** on several time, he already collected my money but not interested to concern about my problem. My STBID: ***B******A*

I mailed several times to yoursupport@gtpl.net but no valueable response received

When the local cable operator is not listening, then why are you repeatedly asking to contact him.

If you are not able to do anything, then confirm on the mail, I will take further action.
