Hathaway Sonali - Cable operator not providing channel package

Net*you / Agarwal cable (GST #- **ACNPA****A*Z*). These guys are the franchise of Hathway. They are not providing any value package as per the value plan showcased on the television. They are cheating consumers in this way. They are forcing the consumers to choose from A-la-carte, which is costing more than what we are paying.
