Fastway - Cable Operator is not me noc for transferring my fastway box

My name is Rajat Narang and i used to live in village Bighar district Fatehabad state Haryana and i was using Fastway service from its starting years. I always paid its bill on time never got late. * months ago i have shifted from village Bighar to city ratia district Fatehabad as well. The problem is that cable operator Bhoop of our village contact no.********** is not giving NOC to us to transfer the box to ratia. He is not picking up our calls. This is very bad and irresponsible behaviour with your customers. This is extremely embarrassing for me. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. You should punish your operator.
