Gtpl Set Top Box - Cable operator is charging more than the fixed amount

These people at shakti cable charge us more than the maximum amount for a channel like the Sony pack is available for rupees ** and these people charge around ** - *** rupees. Not even giving all channels. The amount is given to cable operators that are *** rupees. They charge *** plus tax also according to TRAI. The cable operators cannot force us any channels of their choice. We have our right to choose our own channels and these guys have actually made several packs for us to choose. They charge around *** - *** and if we ask for our separate channels they charge us too much. TRAI if you are seeing this please take actions against them.
