Fastway cable shimla - Cable network not working

FASTWAY network charges very high fees from consumers starting form ¥***/month and goes up from there. At the end of every month they collect fees in full right at the very beginning but do not provide the service to the consumer satisfaction.
This complaint is about restarting my cable network. I was out of station for a month so I stopped the service by contacting cable operator and after I returned on **-*-**** I asked for the service to be resumed but they have not started cable and its *-*-**** now still the same. Their officers, operators, staff all give vague answers and leave costumers hanging on the edge. Me and my family have called more than fifty times sometimes they don't pick, sometimes they do but do not solve the problem. This has lead to mental tension and harrasment.This is not first time but just a one time of many times that is why I'm forced to write on this platform.
If I talk about monetary loss on an average I pay ¥**/day for their services but of ** days in a month their cable is not working atleast ** days and add rainy, cloudy, snowy days cable is sure to not work so I pay at the end of the month for every day of service which I don't even get and its very distressing and I am grandly dissatisfied with the service of FASTWAY Cable Shimla.
