Cab bazaar taxi booking - Cabbazar Not refunding booking amount

Hi,
I booked a cab from Faizabad to Gurgaon on **th April ****. I made the advance payment(*****) of Rs. **** and received Cab details by SMS. I contacted the driver but he was **kms far from my location and it was not possible for him to pick at **:**pm on time. Due to which I made a booking to a local taxi driver of Faizabad to reach the destination on time. Later, I called cabbazar to cancel the ride as drivers won't be able to come on time for pick up. Cabbazar cancelled my trip without informing me anything that money will not be refunded. Next day when I called to know the status of refund they simply denied saying we don't have a policy to refund. Please resolve this asap.
