Hi. I had booked uber cab on *st April **** from Kolkata Airport to home. The assigned driver refused to switch on AC in fresh mode even after requesting for the same. I had to travel in extreme heat & humidity in the hot weather. I approached uber for refund but no refund issued till now. I want full refund of fare of ***/- failing which i will approach consumer court.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
