Byjus learning - Byjus refund

Initially when we approached Byjus for daughters classes we were promised lot of things however once we joined and paid the amount of ***** their promises were not fulfilled infact they told us lies about their working pattern of classes and we were cheated.
The *st sales person who approached us told lot of things
I have enrolled for byjus classes for my daughter tanvi rathod class * icse course
As we were told before joining
*) classes will be held in morning session
*) classes will be conducted as per course progression of school curriculum.
*) classes will be conducted for * days in a week and will be personalized coaching.
*) sessions will be adjusted as per school curriculum as per icse board
*) All subjects shall be covered in coaching.
*) they also told if we found coarse not worth we can apply for refund of full amount within ** days and partial refund with * months.

However to our notice none of the above mentioned were being done
Session were held for * days week
Session were only done for science maths English
Session were not personalized as we found that other students were also there in online classroom.
Session were never as per school curriculum.
As we notice session were not as per icse board and also they sent us tab of cbse board
Hence we were totally disappointed with this
We sent them multiple mails and spoke through customer care however nothing improved.
Finally after speaking with their mentor and senior maneger we realized that there is no separate classes as per icse board for class *th and *th only fundamental coarse are there and that too only * subject as mentioned earlier.
Their tab also did not match with my daughter studies.
Hence now we felt cheated.
They enforced us for * years full payment of coarse by multiple calling and convincing us and now they were not fulfilling my daughters studies.
So I applied for cancellation within their ** days as per their policy so that we get full refund. We had mailed them and also we had called multiple times for this.
Now we are asking for refund since * month now but they are just extending and delaying the refund process none of concerned person is calling us or as mailing us regarding refund and they are not refunding our amount.
I had mailed to even icici cardless and also shopse through with payments are done to byjus.
They are not bothering and delaying refund process and not giving refund.
Now we felt that as time is passing they are not responding for calls properly even not calling us.
Last time when we spoke with senior executive he told us that you will only get partial refund and there are some mandatory deduction.
However after that there is no communication from byjus regarding refund.
It seems like they won't refund as they are not initiating refund.
