I want to lodge a complain against Byjus company for The following reasons-
*. Not responding our request for cancellation of Byjus online learning programme inspite of our several request by mails and phone calls for cancellation .
*. Harassing us by calling several times in a day to deposit EMI .Issue of EMI should not arise after intimation of cancellation from our side on time (within ** days) as they mentioned that we can cancel the product within ** days after receiving the course materials.
The people who have registered with team BYJUs not informed us about the cancellation period ** days
They are making us fools only they is money not the educate because of this our child Jack Anderson studies is spoiling
They ask for the medical record but no step is taken for cancellation
