Dear Tram,
Byjus approached us to buy their product in Jan **** for our son was studying in *th standard under loan number **************. When we found that service is not good and worth paying so much amount i asked byjus refund the amount which paid in cash. They started deducting EMI of **** every month. And now the app is not working from * months ans when we call customer care, they insists us to pay the pending amount.
Kindly raise complaint against founder of byjus to refund the amount.
