I took IAS course for my sister from Byju;s IAS program before taking the course they said to provide books, mentors, daily classes and many more thing to help us but now they are not even receiving our calls classes and videos are not coming, books are also not coming they are only taking money from us we complaint but they didn't resolved it we are frustrated from * months and still they call only for money and it is on EMI they are not stopping EMI and also not providing the benefits...
I also told them that we are not in a situation to handle all these things because my father is handicapped and my mother is cancer patient we want to stop EMI but still they are only playing with us,, they didn't refund they didn't provide benefits they are just taking money from us by saying we will stop EMI once u send it to Cancellation byjus with proof after payment...
