Byjus Company - Byju s fraud on emi

Dear sir/ Madam

One of the representative from Byju's visited our house her name was Varnika Chauhan ,she told us that she be the mentor and teacher and since she has visited the place so we need to decide at point to opt for the scholarship or not ,my husband was very much intrested so he gave down payment of INR ****/ and the rest amt was made as an emi from my debt card ,the date for the emi will hit the debit card is * th March.
Since I was not in a situation to take this loan emi I called them and asked them to cancel the order but they said we will reduce the amt from **k to **k ,so now in order the cancel the previous applicantion they need the new card details, now my husband gave the credit card details ,now they are not cancelling the debit card ecs saying that thr is no such ecs where as I got a mail from my bank that the debit card ecs is very much active. They are saying we will refund the amt of INR ***** and they have initiated the refund on ** Feb **** which is in processing stage.

So conclusion is that they have deducted the first emi from credit card ,debit card emi is active which will be debited on *th and in order to cancel the emi bank is asking for the cancellation letter from merchant end.
