Byjus Company - Byju s cheating with product and services

We took a course for my Kids with byjus for ** thousand . We got the tablet and few work sheets by March ** and our trial period was until April **. We were not satisfied with product during trial period however due to various circumstances we were not able to cancel within ** days and it was never made clear on how to cancel and nobody to help with process. We never got any call regarding the confirmation of the course between these days and neither did we get clear instructions on how to cancel this . Someone called us on the **th day and we informed to cancel the subscription , but we were told that course is started now and they cant cancel after ** days. Now they are saying they wont cancel even if i am willing to make a payment for this month of usage. I AM BAFFLED ON HOW SOMONE CAN FORCE ME TO USE A EDUCATIONAL COURSE WHICH I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH. Please help me cancel this subscription with a fraudulent company.
