Byju's Mr. Arjun sell the product and that time we informed Mr Arjun to cancel the product after **days and collect, And also contact Mr Arjun within **days to collect the product. But he not cancel and not collect the product. Now they tell to cancel in customer care . But customer care not cancel because **days over and for cancellation senior approval required you contact Arjun to get approval. They cheated us and also Arjun not pick the call
