I got a message to reduce the EMI amount for one product but bajaj finserv change the EMI and made us to pay for other product, i will update the evidence that I got message right after the detail explanation
I buy a product OPPO F** PRO (Rs.*****) with full insurance of (Rs.****) by choosing bajaj finserv *% intrest the details are ***DPFGJ****** - OPPO F** PRO
***DFSGJ****** - INSURANCE FOR PHONE
The total loan amount for *months is Rs.***** of Rs.**** emi
So after the message that I get to reduce Emi amount with More installment I thought for another product
TCL TV - ****CDGL****** which is Rs.***** with insurance - ****VSGL****** of Rs.****
For this I pay Rs.**** emi
When I get messages totally to reduce Emi I choose tho reduce for this but I got reduce Emi for my smart phone which i started to pay already and Emi of Rs.**** for the first month got deducted,
Unusually forced to pay of Rs.**** I'm paying extra by the bajaj finserv sms link
So I request VOXYA to claim the amount which I will be going to loose and make bajaj finserv to regularize my loan from EMI LITE to *% emi
