Route: Indore to Ujjain (but mistakenly booked as Ujjain to Indore)

I had booked three tickets from Indore to Ujjain, but due to an error, the tickets were mistakenly booked in the reverse direction (Ujjain to Indore). As a result, when I reached the bus at Indore, I had to pay again for three tickets, leading to an unnecessary loss of ₹***.
I kindly request you to review this issue and process a refund for the wrongly booked tickets. I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
