I have taken a business loan from Bajaj finserv. It's a no collateral type business loan. I have also taken insurance against this loan. The type of insurance was chosen by the agent only. I am not sure about the type.
My business type : I run a private coaching class. As its known to all that since March ****, we have been shut for business and we did not get permission to operate till date. I have repeatedly informed them about my business as well as financial condition. Even I have paid three installments in between as I managed some money. But after repeated requests, they seem to be hell-bent to recover the loan. I am getting calls from recovery agency. Also recovery agents are visiting my house. I don't have any other means of income. My wife is a school teacher. I have a * years old daughter. I am desperate to end this issue. Please help
