I booked the bus - Sam tourist and logistics from Banglore to Calicut on */**/**** for two person at the price of ****( Including Tax). Unfortunately when the bus, when arrived on **/**/**** around **.** which is ** minutes late than the actual Departure time ( **.**) was a pick up bus which was not informed was before. The bus then we changed the bus as told bus them to another bus. The bus but did not had the claimed facilities which was showen in the red bus app while booking. The bus was a NON AC bus which was not informed to us before. They also didn't provide even a water bottle that was claimed to give us. Hereby I want the amount refund for my losses. Refine
