Naveen filed complaint against Igoibibo on May 28, 2019
Hello,
I would like to bring to your notice I had planned my entire trip from GOIBIBO platform in assurance they have very trusted vendors and Quality partners with them. I would like to share my experience I had booked a ticket from OOTY to kodaikanal on **nd May and the booking date was for **th May later I have received a message from your end regarding "DNS TRAVEL" along with contact details.
On **rd evening we have realised that our travel to Kodaikanal was on **th May instead of **th May ****. I have immediately called up to the DNS TRAVEL to convey this message and I spoke to " DINESH" and he told during my conversation clearly that it is possible and ok we will make the changes you can travel on **th May with same ticket we can modify the changes. Based on the conversation he assured nothing so panic about it and it can be resolve at his end.
Yesterday night we tried to reach him to reconfirm about my travel on **th May he tried to buy time each time whenever I tried to reach him by saying that please call me after sometime I will confirm. I felt he is trying to ignore and found some fishy about his behaviour and later he tried to reach the " DEW DROP INN" manager Prem and he and I both tried together to " DNS TRAVEL OFFICE" then in local language PREM started communicating with him. Then I started acting differently by saying that you should have called directly to your online partner. Then we asked why you not communicated the same thing on the day I called for the changes. Now at last moment you are saying it to me and even we not received any messages from his travel on mobile nor his team has called me in case i am traveling on **/**/****.
He has accepted his mistake but completely mis guided the passenger in front of Mr.Prem ( Dew Drop INN) manager which we have booked through goibibo. He is on his fault sold my tickets for **/**/**** and later in the evening around **:** pm he left me with no option of going to kodaikanal with family, requested him and also told him that it is purely his mis communication lead to this problem.
I left with agony and helpless situation with my family. This person is un professional in this field he sold my bus tickets and wanted by money too without travel. He is bothered about **** money he has no value about the customer and the partner where he is receiving business and money. Such partners with no customer value and interest should not be encouraged on very trusted travel partner " IGOIBIBO".
I am demanding my complete " REFUND" and as well the action you have taken on this " DNS TRAVEL".... You can cross check the entire case with Mr.Prem about his behaviour and his un professional approach towards the customer and how he has mis guided the entire discussion in his favour.
I am still surprised such reputation company is associated with such unprofessional partners which in term spoiling the entire brand image. Even neither of the customer care has called to know the service standards.
I strongly demand full refund I want goibibo to disassociate with such partners with immediate effect.
