Paytm bus - Bus Ticket Refund Not Provided After Accident

booked a bus ticket from Gurugram to Indore through Paytm. During the journey, the bus met with an accident, due to which the trip could not be completed and the service was not provided as promised.

Despite the accident and non-completion of the journey, I have not received any refund till date. I tried contacting Paytm customer support multiple times through the app and also attempted to reach the bus operator, but no proper response or resolution has been provided by either party.

Since the service was not delivered due to the accident, I am legally entitled to a full refund of the ticket amount. The lack of response and failure to process the refund amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing me mental harassment and inconvenience.

I request immediate intervention to:

Process a full refund of the bus ticket amount
Provide a proper explanation for the delay and negligence

Ensure accountability from both Paytm and the bus operator
If the issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline and the Consumer Court for further legal action.
