Mobikwik - Bus Ticket money not Refunded

I booked an bus ticket from mobikwik for **th march **** to go to lucknow for holi, in which it was mentioned that the boarding point was at Pari chowk greater noida which is only *-*km away from the place where i live but just * hours before the boarding time the bus provider calls me and says that we can't pick you up from pari chowk instead they wanted me to come to EDM mall which is in ghaziabad which is **km away from where i live, so i wanted to cancel my ticket and book another bus and cause from the company app it was showing that * rupees will be refundable i left an mail to them regarding the same, so after that i moved on and booked another ticket from mobikwik and the same scenario was repeated as that of the previous one with this bus provider as well. Now the mobikwik company has provided me with false information on the basis of which i booked the ticket and even after several mails even then they refuse to refund the money for the tickets.
