Dear GSRTC Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the transportation service I experienced today.
I had booked a ticket from Harij to Ranip for the **:** PM bus, vehicle number GJ-**-Z-****. However, upon boarding, the conductor informed me that there were no reservations available on this bus, stating it was being used as an extra service. As a result, he issued me a ticket only from Harij to Chanasma.
This caused significant inconvenience and confusion. I kindly request you to look into this matter and clarify why my reservation was not honored, and ensure such issues do not occur in the future.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
