Hi all,

Reference number from auto generated mail 'YA:********' Refund Status

This is to inform you that I have book bus service from Delhi to Indore and my two guests need to travel on **th Aug. Bus service is from Raj kalpana Travels pvt ltd. They informed me that bus service is canceled and you would received refund from Yatra as they refund amount to yatra as bus service is booked from their app.

I haven't received amount back in my credit card and there is no way to contact to yatra customer Care.

Could you plz confirm how can I get refund of my amount of Ta. ****?

Today i was trying to book a Bus ticket on yatra app, then i had select seat no. then, i process for payment, i had successfully pay for ticket, my amount was deducted from my account but ticket is not confirmed. ...
