Shree vijay travel - Bus service changed bus timing without information and providing no refund

Booked a ticket from pune to mumbai at *:**pm as I leave office by *:** . They changed the timing without information and when asked for refund they heckled and did not provide any answer and hanged up the phone. This has happened twice with the same travel agency. Kindly look into it they are scaming people for there convinces and providing worst service and causing mental stress.
