Red bus and BSR tours - Bus seat is filled with Red ant colony

I have booked ticket on red bus date ** jan ****, operator : BSR tours
to my surprise bus seat is completely filled with Red Ant , it's not one or two complete Red ant colony is their.
i raised complaint to red bus, they gave very liberal answer that it will be cleaned , staff came and wiped with cloth and put hit , can a Red ant colony go away just with wiping and hit, in my native we do many pesticides even then it takes minimum * days to clear , as my health is already not good due to the fear of not getting proper sleep for tomorrow's meeting , I am stressed out further , red bus is completely dishonest with its customer , they shoul have proper grievance .
