Abhi Bus Service - Bus reached the destination after 7 hours of delay

I booked a bus from Jodhpur to Bangalore on **th September **** which is scheduled to reach the destination at **:** AM at **th september **** but bus reached the destination around *:** PM which was almost * hours ** minutes delay. As i thought that bus may delayed by * or * hours I booked a train from Bangalore to mysore which was around *** rupees when I raised a complaint they said that bus operator is not ready to do refund so they will provide **% refund from there side but i denied that as I don't want **% which was not even enough to rebook my train from Bangalore to mysore after lot of talk they said that they can't do anything more than that and refunded **% of the fare which was around *** rupees but they doesn't cared at what time I have reached home nor how much money I lost because of their almost * hours delay my question was they clearly mentioned in abhi assure that if bus is delayed by * hours they are eligible for upto ***% refund and even in another point if bus service is not upto the mark which is set by the company even they are ready to pay upto ***% refund yeah I doesn't opted for abhi assure so my question is after * hours of delay how can you feel that the service was up to the mark and how you guys decided to refund **% refund even after knowing that I have lost *** rupees to book train once and again I booked it at night around * at night. My home is even **km far from Mysore I travelled * hours from Bangalore to mysore and i reached bus stop around **:** at night and from there i took bus to my village and reached at **:** AM .If I wanted to travel at night why would I have booked that bus i thought that I can reach my home on time and booked it even after you guys delayed for * hours if you guys are not ready to pay **% refund what's the service you are giving for your costumers. I request you to please look in to the matter seriously
