Red Bus Pitambara Saroj Travels - Bus operator did t provided service

I booked a seat for my wife (Anupama Tyagi) in Pitambara Saroj Travels through Red Bus dated **/**/**. I t was decided that bus will reach at Gautam Buddha University. When we call the bus operator he said that bus will not reach at Gautam Buddha University instead it will reach at Zero Point at Greater Noida. We waited at Zero Point for * hours and when bus did't reach at **:** pm we called the bus operator and he said that bus has left the Zero Point. It was in the ticket the time **:** pm but bus left at **:**. Also, bus conductor did't call to us when reached at Zero Point. Bus driver said that we ill provide you the service for next day but that was of no use to us. Pitambara Travel No is-**********
