PayT - Bus not coming

I was booked a bus ticket from Hajipur to Delhi * November through Paytm for my wife and child. My booking I'd is-**********. As per you cancel policy if I was cancelled my tickets as per your rule then you diduct amount. If your vendors cancelled your service before * hours then how you are calculate explain me. Please stop your bus service. I was booked a legally complaint against you and aware this thing to all user on social media.

I'm very disappointed after discussion with your customer care team, service providers and vendors. You didn't realize I was shocked when your vendor told me (near about **:** pm) to change boarding points. You know as a women and child it's very difficult to change boarding point, and as vendor call me to take this bus near about **km ahead. You are guys create us very difficult situation because of you my child and wife facing lots of problem you didn't realize.
