Mahaveer Travel Agency - Bus not came to boarding station

I came ** min early at boarding station but bus didn’t came to boarding station. I called the driver he told me come to next station and he told me it was my fault why would i came to that point i will take my route and i told him it is boarding station. I have taken ** km ride just by uber and then i pick up the bus. I want a sorry and rufund
