Booked bus of **:** pm from Hinjewadi phata pune to Borivali Mumbai
Shivneri came at *:** pm and left inspite of waving hands at it.
Red bus operators and msrtc operations did not receive calls and slammed call on my face. Poor service. No refund processed for the bus missed and inconvenience caused
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
