Booked an online ticket from Tirupathi to Guntur

at **:** also in APSRTC online live track it was showing bus was not assigned. Contacted depo managers and helpline RTC members also they told bus was not started whenever it will start we will get a call from driver but we didn't get any call or mesage atleast they should send a message that bus was cancelled.
