Redbus and Raghav Travels Surat - Bus has not pickup from boarding point

I have booked two tickets from Morena to Delhi on **.*.** Date of Journey- **.*.** Boarding time- *:**am. But we two reached at boarding point around *.**am. We waited till *:**am during this period nobody from the bus has pickup the call and neither they have called me.
I want this full refund otherwise legal action will be taken.
I am attaching tickets through Redbus.
