Red Bus and NueGo travels - Bus got cancelled

On March *th, ****, I booked a bus from Bangalore to Chennai with NueGo Travels for a journey scheduled on March *th, ****, at **:** PM. Without any prior notice, they canceled the bus and refunded me only ₹***.**, even though I had paid ₹***. This leaves me at a loss of ₹***.**, which is unfair.


I reached out to customer care, but they have not provided any solutions. Instead, they simply apologized and offered me ₹** in a Red Bus account. This offer is not helpful; my complaint is not about ₹** or ₹***. The company needs to be held accountable for their actions. If I cancel the bus, they impose a cancellation charge, but if they cancel, it's unreasonable for them to deduct the amount.

They have canceled all the passengers' bookings, and for one passenger, they charged an approximate amount. What will the total amount be for everyone? This situation is very unfair. They are simply canceling the bus service without any notice.

I urge you to take action on this matter and provide me with a proper resolution.
