The bus driver didn't stop the bus at the given pickup point and after chasing the bus when i inform him about it then he was not giving proper answer he told me that i should rais my hand then only the bus will stop at that point in case while chasing the bus if my accident or any other thing happened with me who will be responsible for that and if i missed the bus no refund will given to me i want to inform you to take heavy action against the bus driver
