Dhanunjaya Travels - Bus did not reached destination

My PNR no: *****. Journery date** dec ****. Bus was declared as repaired and left us in tanaku. I had been told that entire amount will be refundable and can be collected from vizag office. From tanaku a personal car was booked till vizag based on the commitment. But it was denied to give the amount as commited, though In person i had visited the office. They want proof and accepted to give Rs *** instead of Rs **** /seat. I would request to refund the amount as committed.
