I booked a ticket of Mahalaxmi Travels bus from Bilaspur(UP) to Jaipur (Raj) for **th July. Ticket number was TP *A********. departure time mentioned on ticket was **.** but the bus departed at **.** without taking me or informing me .Heavy loss of business has been incurred upon me due to this total lack of professionalism on the part of the so called ISO bus service Mahalaxmi Travels. Kindly get my fare refunded immediately- SANDEEP SHARMA.
