Maharashtra Travels - Bus delayed

The Bus is supposed to reach Mumbai from Nagpur at *.** am, but now it's **.** am and the bus is still more than an hour far from Mumbai.
When we enquired the reason of delay, the bus driver revealed that he didn't know the route and took longer route.
This is not an UNAVOIDABLE reason of delay. The company Maharashtra Travels needs to compensate me as I missed my * classes worth Rs.****/-.
