I have booked a ticket in morning star travels via Paytm from Hyderabad to vijayawada at *:** am **/**/****
Bus was delayed by more then * hours, they called me and told that your bus will delayed by * hours in that time I requested them to please refund my money I will go in other travels but they refused to pay. I reached my home *pm my entire day is wasted and mentally harassed these people customer care not answered calls
