I booked a bus ticket from noida to agra with Royal safari india travels on *th of august with Booking ID *************, PNR no. ***QQ*YF, and just a day prior to the date of travel I received the sms that my ticket has got cancelled, for which I called bus operator on ********** regarding the issue, where he stated that the buses for agra has got cancelled and we have initiated the refund to everyone in the website from where they booked the ticket, however my bus ticket is still showing me as confirmed and no refund has been initiated to me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
