Orange tours and travells - bus breakdown while travel

I have booked orange tours and travels bus on *th june **** for *** rupees. the journry was *th june **** from vizianagaram to hyderabad. The bus was departed at *:**pm at VZM LIC Building. while i travel the bus was suddenly breakdown at Rajamahendravaram entrance at night at nearly **:** am. From **:** am we all travellers stand on road till * am. while we raise complaint in app nobody responds properly. after we tried to stop many travel buses most of them said they don't have enough space for people get inside the bus. so * to * members get inside to each bus. while coming my turn to get in to the bus the bus driver asking each one should pay **** to travel rajamahendravaram to hyderabad. we don't have option to refuse. so we all * members gave **** rupees to the bus driver.
after coming hyderabad orange travels executive people called and they said **% of amount will get you in ** hours but till now i didn't get any refund.
