Vijay Tour And Travels - Bus booking is not arrival on time

I am traveling Jaipur to Kota Rajasthan but I was on time at durgapura but that name of address is confusing since I booked my ticket via goibibo but I tried to call bus operater to know about the exact location day before the traveling (**/**/****) so many times but no response and I reached at wrong address as the sms I got it about durgapura and that operater is still not contact me for our starting a journey of bus from that location and I tried also call to goibibo but there is no availability of any person so I lost my travelling seat and I booked second another ticket from rsrtc so I. So I want my money back because both entity who are responsible for this to contact no and helpline no and I also tried that Jaipur office contact no from just dial but that contact no is switched off so I m embarassing for this online ticket in first time and I thought I wil ll travel with cabin sleeper seat but I m traveling roadways bus seat it's not secure for my health because so many people are here without maintain social distance and I can't to be cancelled my travel from Jaipur to Kota cause I had urgent work otherwise I don't travel in covid -** situation so I want my money back
