i booked the bus ticket in goibibo mobile application on **/**/**** for time *.** pm and by *.**pm from the bus operator called me and said it is cancelled and i received a message from them on same so last minute i didnt get any alternative arrangement to so i need to stay there again a day and i missed an important client meeting on **/**/****,the extra hotel rent food and mental agony i faced
