I have bought a Ford Figo Aspire *.* L Petrol from Gautambudh Ford, Noida on ** June ****. Since day one I have been experiencing burning smell inside the car cabin. I have got it checked at the service centre, written to Ford customer care and their MD Mr. Anurag Mehrotra. They have arranged for car inspection twice (once from dealership and once from FORD field team itself) but they are not able to identify the cause of this smell. Now that they have failed to identify the cause, they are saying there is no issue in the car or this smell may be normal, but the smell is very strong and it feels like something is burning. I dont feel safe driving this vehicle anymore. Request you to please provide some support in this matter.
