I bought burgman street Ex in March *, ****. In ** days, March **, ****, I have started getting problems. Display is not visible, I am unable to start the vehicle through self start nor kick starter. Its like a dead vehicle. I called nearby suzuki service centre, person came in-person, they have tried resolving but failed, so took my vehicle to service centre. After * hours I got a call that my bike issue resolved and asked me to come and collect the bike from service centre. I asked what is the problem, they said battery terminal is in loose contact that they rectified but asked me to show the vehicle where I bought from. I bought this vehicle which is **km away from my place. The next day again my bike didn't start, the same problem but if I shake the vehicle for half an hour then display will work but i have to switch off automatic engine off, otherwise in traffic it will be dead and it happened to me. I called to the person where I bought this vehicle, they told me to bring the vehicle. As I was out of station I took vehicle by next week that is April *, ****. The service person took my bike inside and in half an hour he said it was rectified. Something was loose then he tightened it. I told him this problem happened last week and it continues. He said this time it is fixed. I took my bike to home, it was working fine. Again the Next day the same problem. Around **+ times I was got stuck in middle of the road. I have to pull my bike to my home. Really ridiculous with new bike. Felt ashamed. Again I called to that service centre about this problem, they told me to bring the vehicle , the same service person was there, I have explained the problem, he told me they need time to remove everything and check, I said Okay and left my bike there and came to home by auto. He told me to collect next day. Next day I called him, he said, he checked all the plugs and the vehicle is okay now. I went to service centre to collect, I saw that person he said it's working fine, I checked it's working then I took to my home. Again Next day It's having same problem. I really frustrated with this problem. All my works are pending, I can't go daily out in Cabs and auto. I have tried customer care number, "All agents are busy so please stay on call" this is the message coming continuously for ** mins and the call will get cut automatically. This happened *+ times.
