I found out about this merchant during a YouTube video in which it was saying from this merchant you will get good quality fabrics for reasonable price and I was in need of some fabric for myself for business purpose(needed about *** meters of fabric).So I searched for the Instagram account in which the seller's mobile number was given. So started calling him, first thing you're lucky if the guy actually picks up had to try multiple times for him to pick up. Same cold response if your sending him a WhatsApp message or Instagram. Its like they don't even care about the customer, And after he finally picks up, I told him my requirement the price he said was way above the retail price, which was directly opposite to what I saw in the YouTube video's like any normal person would do i asked him the reason for this unreasonable price. Then his tone changed and started talking rudely & started saying things like what would you know about the cloth quality and if i try to explain it to you you wouldn't even understand. He used abusive language towards me for asking for some discount. I lost * days in pursuit of this merchant as he was not picking up calls or answesring the messages. I suffered inconvenience & mental trauma from him. Lost my time and mental serenity in this incident. He talked to me in such a vulgar manner that no merchant should talk to a customer. Please for lots o f people like me i ask you to look into this seriously.
