JITENDRA KATE filed complaint against Vtp Realty on Aug 2, 2020

VTP Realty has refused to return my deposit amount of Rs.***,***.** (one lac) paid towards booking of flat in their VTP Solitaire project. My first request to them to refund was made on **th Nov **** via email, then chased on **.**.**** and finally submitted a cancel form provided by them on **.**.****, still no refund produced. Their MahaRERA Registration No. is P***********, it seems they are quite comfortable duping customers off deposit money and using it towards their capital. In reality they should be penalised to pay full interest for the entire term they kept my deposit money.
